Rent our Four Bedroom Beach House in Myrtle Beach, SC Rental rates for our four bedroom beach house in Myrtle Beach, SC:
$1505.00 - $4590.00. In addition, there is 12% mandatory sales tax, a cleaning fee and
a $500.00 refundable Damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit may be put on a charge card as an 'authorization', not to
be charged if the house is left in proper condition, no damage, check out on time. You may bring your own linens or
have linens furnished for $175.00 (this includes sheets, bath & hand towels, wash cloths - no beach towels). Upon
receiving your reservation request, you will be sent a contract via e-mail. Return the signed contract with your deposit
to hold your reservation. The deposit amount is 1/2 of the rental amount. The remaining rental amount, tax and
damage deposit should be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your damage cleaning deposit will be returned
within 2 weeks of your departure. Our complex charges $12-$15/day/vehicle for parking.

this private beach house is completely furnished with everything to make your vacation the best ever. Our house has tile floors,
a fully furnished kitchen, five TVs with extended cable, , bar height table/chairs on the deck for a wonderful ocean view,
outside shower, grill, washer/dryer, and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We are situated
in the family oriented resort complex of Ocean Lakes, with a 10 MPH speed limit and patroling security guards. Located only
50 steps from the beach, it's easy to make drink and potty trips. Parking under the house for three vehicles. Pets NOT allowed,
NO SMOKING inside house (deck only).
This house is only 50 steps from beach where unbrellas and chairs are available
for rent and patrolled by lifeguards for safety in spring and summer. We are located only 10 minutes from airport and downtown
Myrtle Beach and pavillion area and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Beds are as follows: 1st level - 1 queen bed
2nd level -
2 bedrooms with 2 queens in each (one with private bath);
