Upon receiving your reservation request, we will send you a contract via e-mail. Deposit to hold the reservation
is 1/2 of the rental rate, and is due immediately. Remaining rental amount, tax and damage/cleaning deposit is due 30
days prior to your arrival. Refund of damage deposit will be made within 2 weeks of your departure. Our
complex charges $10./day/vehicle for parking. Owners have no control over this.
