Our three vacation rental houses are located in Ocean
Lakes, which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.
Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach, approximately seven miles south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and a 15-20
minute drive from the Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR). With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh
water lakes, a recreaction center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground
activities. Facilities on site in Ocean Lakes include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor olympic sized pool with sun
decks, three kiddie pools, golf cart and bicycle rentals, three snack bars and an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre
with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of
beach all within the community. As you're digging your toes into the sand,
you may discover an interesting shell, but you're not sure what it is. . . bring it to the Nature Center, where they have
over 10,000 items on display and will gladly determine what you have found. We have "Kamp Starfish" for your
little tykes, and many, many other things. You can also obtain discounted tickets to many of the Grand Strand's best
attractions. This is the ideal place for family vacations and you will return
home rested, with memories to last a lifetime. Once you've stayed in one of our beach houses, you will want to
retun each year. Many of our guests have been coming to Ocean Lakes since they were children and they are now bringing
their children and grandchildren to stay in our houses, and enjoy all the benefits of Ocean Lakes. Best of all - Our beautiful, wide beach, which is free to all.

Policies: After we receive your reservation request, we will send
you a contract via e-mail. To hold this reservation, you will need to sign the contract and return with your deposit
of 1/2 of the rental amount. Remaining rental amount owed, taxes and damage deposit are due 30 days prior
to your arrival date. Your damage/cleaning deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, if applicable.
You may bring your own linens or have a linen package provided. This includes sheets, bath/hand towels, and wash clothes.
Upon departure, you may clean the house yourself, leaving it in perfect condition for the next vacationers, or if you
prefer, we can furnish departure cleaning service. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out before 10 AM.
