RENTAL RATES: From $1500. - $4520./week. In addition, there is 12% sales tax, a cleaning fee Andrew and and a $500.00 damage/cleaning deposit, of which $500.00 is refundable. This deposit may be put on a charge card as an 'authorization', not to be charged if house is left in proper condition, no damage was done, check-out on time, etc. You may bring your own linens or a linen package may be provided for $175.00. Linen package provides sheets, bath/hand towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels. Our complex will charge $1-$15/day/vehicle for parking. You may bring your own linens or have a linen package provided for $175. This includes sheets, bath/hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels - no beach towels.

This is a lovely beach house with DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS AND VIEWS. Decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors, this privately owned beach house is completely furnished with everything to make your vacation the best ever. Our beach vacation homes have tile floors, a fully furnished kitchen, five TVs with extended cable, outside shower, grill, and washer/dryer.

Beds: 1st level - 1 bedroom with queen bed;

2nd level - 1 bedroom with two queen beds and private bath; 1 bedroom with queen bed and twin bed; landing (4th bedroom) 2 twin beds

Our house has FREE wireless internet access. We are situated in a family oriented resort complex, with a 10 MPH speed limit and patroling security guards. Located only 50 steps from the beach, it's easy to make drink and potty trips. Parking under the house for three vehicles. Pets NOT allowed, NO SMOKING inside house (deck only). Located in the privately owned community of Ocean Lake, this house is only 75 steps from beach where unbrellas and chairs are available for rent and patrolled by lifeguards for safety in spring and summer. We are located only 10 minutes from airport and downtown Myrtle Beach and pavillion area and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach.

Provided at no extra charge, a wonderful, mile-long, private beach for use by our complex!
