We are very centrally located in myrtle beach, mid-way between Inlet Square Mall in garden city and the Myrtle Mall (near downtown M.B.). Near the Inlet Square Mall is murrells inlet, famous for all the seafood restaurants and Captain Dick's Marina (deep sea fishing port). Garden city has the Legends musical show, water-park, and one of the largest flea markets in the southeast. The gated resort where our home is located has several freshwater lakes (with ducks, geese, swans, coots, etc. that like to be fed), carpet golf, biking and golf cart rentals, general store, snack bars (sandwiches and homemade donuts), pizza, game arcade and almost a mile of private beachfront. There are church services at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning in the recreation center (seats 2500) and many various other activities going on there during the week. There are swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and many other amenities. There are special kiddie wading pools (very shallow) that are favorites for toddlers and small children. Security will provide ID bracelets for the children in case they wander. It is about 15 minutes to all the OUTLET shopping centers between myrtle beach and Conway. Barefoot Landing has specialty shops and is about 30 minutes at N. myrtle beach. 20-30 minutes south on Hwy. 17 are the nice specialty shops at Pawley's Island, Brookgreen Gardens, and Huntington Beach State Park (great place to find sand dollars). There are many restaurants of various types on Hwy. 17 from N. myrtle beach to murrells inlet. There are many golf courses and miniature golf courses, cinemas (for rainy days), etc. Famous dinner theaters such as Alabama, Dixie Stampede, The Carolina Opry, The Palace Theater, The Blues Theater (and several others) are interesting and convenient for a special night out. If a pet is found to be on the premises, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited. NO SMOKING in houses. Violators will be asked to leave and no funds refunded. We appreciated your abiding by our smoking and pet policies. WEEKLY RESERVATIONS begin 3 PM Saturday and end 10 AM the following Saturday (during summer months). Any deviation from the Saturday-to-Saturday check-in and checkout dates can ONLY be made on a last minute basis and subject to availability of inventory. CHECK-IN is on Saturday after 3 PM. Please plan your arrival according to the hours of check-in, as we cannot guarantee accommodations before the stated check-in hours.You will need to stop at the complex office to register. You will need to furnish your car license tag number upon checking in. All final payments must be PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to check-in date (except for last minute reservations). Personal checks are NOT accepted less then 30 days prior to arrival or for last minute reservations. CHECK OUT by 10 AM no exceptions!. We ask our guests to prepare the Unit for departure by ensuring the Unit is left in a clean and orderly fashion for the next guest. Departure cleaning service is available for $150.00. A $50.00 per hour late charge will be charged for late departures. A DEPOSIT of one half of the total rental amount is required immediately after making reservation, time permitting. This may be paid by CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASHIER'S CHECK. Balance, including damage/cleaning deposit and sales tax/accommodation tax on total rent, will be due 30 days prior to check-in day. Balance payments may be made by: Cashiers Check, Money Order or cash. No personal checks accepted upon arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Damage/cleaning deposit will be returned, less $25.00 inspection fee, if house is left in ready condition for next renter and no damage is found. If cleaning is necessary, cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit. Please allow up to 21 days for refund of your Damage/Cleaning Deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be given if unit is re-rented for your reserved week. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be deducted. GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES: WARNING – WE RENT TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY – MUST BE AGE 25 OR OLDER. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring breakers, or other non-family groups. Any violation will result in termination without refund. OUR houses are completely furnished except for linens, paper towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, soap, and washing detergents, Beds and furniture are NOT to be moved from room to room. NO FIREWORKS of any kind are permitted on property. PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking is limited to 3-4 cars depending on the unit. A parking pass must be purchased at a cost of $3.00 per day for any vehicle. For additional vehicles, there is an over flow parking area adjacent to the Main Gate or designated area. The riding of motorcycles within the complex is strictly prohibited. Motorcycles must be on a trailer, pushed or towed to your unit or parked in the designated area. MAINTENANCE: All equipment in each rental unit should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to have the repairs made as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will any refunds be made for mechanical failure of dishwashers, disposals, TV, washer/dryer or other small appliances. MESSAGES: A Security Officer will deliver Messages to your unit. If you are expecting a message, please have them call (843) 238-5636 . LOCKED UTILITY SHEDS & CLOSETS: We may maintain a locked shed or closets for storage of personal possessions. Please respect these locked areas. LOST KEYS: You will be furnished two (2) keys upon arrival. There will be a charge of $15.00 per key for any lost keys. Please be sure to return two (2) keys upon your departure.
